Food Fight » Industrial Agriculture » Milk Kool-Aid

Where does your milk and dairy products come? Wisconsin? California? Would you be upset to find out they came from China?

Current "punditry" (read: scam artists) would have you believe that US Dairy Farmers are over producing. Research appears to make it seem true, but what you won't find is that the major food players have increased their dairy imports so that it appears that farms are over-producing.

This tells me that BigAg is getting ready to pounce. They will drive prices down so low that your local farmers will go out of business. How to know this is happening? Just watch the suicide or "accident" rate in your area.

What you can do: boycott any and all brands and buy directly from the dairy farmers themselves. That's what I do. Their products are awesome.
